Development Centre Academy

DB-eXcel have worked together to establish a unique football training programme that has a three-tier system. This will be used as a means of evaluating the abilities, skills and performance of the individual player or group of players. The Development Centre is suited to players of all abilities with an enthusiastic attitude to learn.

The centre runs termly and our aim is to facilitate a learning environment that enables children to play football, learn and fall in love with the game. Players attending would have been identified as gifted and talented or with the potential to develop within our structured unique training program.

Each player will be assessed on their progress throughout each term where they may be given the opportunity to grade. Using our unique and proven coaching methods we can guarantee all players will progress in a fairly short space of time, our ultimate aim is to mirror the same coaching hours as that of a professional football club academy using our aforementioned coaching methods.

Our objective is to develop each individual player irrespective of age to an elite (academy) level. Players that eXcel within our unique development centre grading program will access our DB-eXcel academy set up once they have acquired our prized DB-eXcel development centre black t-shirt. Then we can use our well built reputation and connections within the professional game to provide our DB-eXcel academy player/s the opportunity to showcase their talents in front of professional football clubs. This would be both in an individual and team capacity.
